Returning goods to warehouse and reship
Goods return from Custom or aviation security will be measure by the packaging size if choose to repack and reship, otherwise return goods to seller and previous freight fees are not refundable.
Prohibited items include: foodstuffs, fresh food, drugs, inflammable and explosive materials, corrosives, optical discs and arms, weapons and items restricted by International air Transport Association (IATA). goods requiring import licenses, such as cosmetics and foodstuffs, sender need to be aware to inform and discuss with receiver. Fake or wrong item declaration and caused goods seized by Custom are fully responsible by sender and have nothing to do with MYPOSMAN. MYPOSMAN will report to police and fine RM3000 per order on sender if find out cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, drugs, medicine in our warehouse.
Terms and Conditions
Air Freight: Parcel size more than 120 cm, or weight more than 40 kg have additional cost ￥200 per order.
Customer should declare their goods correctly, Myposman will not be responsible if parcel being detained by customs and ship fees will not be return and burn.
Under any circumstances, if item/ order package is unpack due to customer request or Custom check, any lost of item is not responsible by MYPOSMAN and any additional handling charges will be charge to the direct owner / customer.
Customer need to state Myposman member code, name, contact number and shipping address clearly when submitting order.
Warehouse operation time Sunday to Friday 9am to 8pm. Off every Saturday. Customer service is morning 8am to 10pm daily.
Quotation price is in China Ren Ming Bi and is already included fuel and custom clearance fees.
If customer need special packing such as installing wooden crate or metal strap, kindly call to customer service for price quotation.
If parcel is detained by custom or airline security, shipment fees will NOT be refunded. Customer need to re-place a new order for second time delivery.
Customer have to bear additional cost for second time delivery if parcel reach wrong destination due to post code is not stated or incorrectly stated.
In case of lost of parcel or total damage of parcel during the transportation, the maximum claim amount for indemnity shall be (i) the item value declared in MYPOSMAN; or (ii) USD100 per order; or (iii) according to the actual value of the contents/ invoice/ receipt produced, whichever is the lowest among the three will be compensate. Shipment fees will not be refunded in case of lost of parcel and parcel damage.
Customer can buy additional insurance coverage for the shipment personally or go through Myposman's insurance agent. Please contact us for further information.
This quotation does NOT include taxes, surcharge, penalty, warehouse storage charges, parcel return shipment fees and etc. The above mentioned fees will be automatically billed to sender should the recipient refuses to pay.
Please refer to our website for the guideline for prohibited goods. In the event of parcel detainment or were declared forfeit, sender is responsible for the lost and penalty. If the sender is being caught for sending illegal and prohibited goods, Myposman will make a police report and impose RMB 3000 penalty to the sender.
